About the Internship

We are offering an internship for

Motorcycle Rental Operations

. You will gain hands-on experience in rental management, rider support, and fleet operations. This role is fast-paced, suited for interns who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

Rental & Customer Operations:

Support rental onboarding, agreements, payments, deposits, handovers, extensions, and returns.

Rider Support & After-Sales:

Assist in handling rider issues such as breakdowns, accidents, insurance claims, and service coordination.

Fleet Coordination & Compliance:

Track servicing schedules, insurance, COE expiry, and road tax.

Reporting & Collections:

Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets/CRM and ensure on-time collections.

Risk & Recovery:

Support repossessions, stolen/missing bike cases, and escalate to legal when necessary.

Requirements

Current student or recent graduate in

business, operations, management, or related fields.

Strong interest in

mobility, transport, or rental fleet management.

Familiar with

Google Sheets, WhatsApp workflows, or CRM tools

(basic training provided). Strong communication skills in

English and Bahasa Melayu

(Written and spoken). ? Laptop/desktop, stable internet, and headset for remote work. Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a

startup environment
