To design new mould
To complete tool designing work according to design schedule Leadtime
To review tool designer work with tooling engineer for improvement and correction
To receive NJI (New Job Information) from project and design to meet drawing specification.
To follow ISO requirement of master copy and controlled copy.
To discuss tooling design queries
To arrange to get all drawings file in a systematic manner as per tooing number and customer code
To paticipate in discuss of various problems in tool designing and improvement required
To ensure all drawings are completed and issued to tool rrom for fabrication of tooling in time as per schedule.
To report to superior on daily tooling progress and get feedback for any change of information
To support the RFQ process layout if require
Any other job responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior

Job Requirements

at least Diploma in Precision or Mechanical Engineering
5-8 Years as press tool designer
Well Concersant in NX Progressive Die Wizard and other Design Software (like Autocad, Solidwork, 3D inventor)
Conversant in languages : ENGLISH / MANDARIN
