Kelayakan
Able to speak, write and understand English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Min Education: Diploma
Have 2-4 year's experience in related role or industry will be add on priority.
Able to Ability to understand and repair machinery components.
Precise observation to identify flaws and imperfections.
Capacity to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.
Endurance to work with heavy tools and equipment for extended periods.
Commitment to following safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Tanggungjawab
Responsible for cleaning, assembling and disassembling and refurbished molds so they function properly.
Determine root cause of molding issues, and will check mold functionality for air, water and hydraulic effectiveness.
Operating, calibration and maintaining machinery, as well as inspecting finished products to ensure quality work.
Responsible for setting up the machines and ensure all the necessary tools are used during the process.
Will be in charge of setting and starting up the machines, also verify the setup is done correctly by completing a checklist for each run.
Troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues including normal adjustment and checking.
Maintain a clean and safe work area by follow 5S guidelines.
Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance.
Comply with safety rules and company policies.
Documenting mold changes and machine adjustments.
Coordinate with vendors and machinist to repair mold components.
Verify process parameters and implement changes as appropriate to improve cycle times.
Ensure all the products have meet the customer requirements.
Record data to accurately track mold maintenance.
Polishing mold surface and part area.
