\xe2\x80\xa2 Develop moulding process for new tooling, including debug, troubleshooting and process optimisation \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure required process development information accompanies new tooling and is communicated clearly to relevant stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Interpret processes received and makes necessary assessments for specifying and sourcing of testing equipment to be used. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all equipment is available for scheduled trials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Interact with Tooling Engineers and relevant teams to ensure timely scheduling of mould tests. \xe2\x80\xa2 Record and maintain all trial information and documentation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in training new process and customer engineers and those involved in set-up and running of new moulds. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify key process parameters for process monitoring and control. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient with Mechanical Design, Solid Mechanics theory and its application to product design \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide technical leadership and mentorship to process technicians, operators and other molding personnel. \xe2\x80\xa2 May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
