Engage with business stakeholders to
gather and analyse functional requirements
forSales, Marketing, and Customer Service
processes.Design and document
end-to-end business process flows, entity relationships, and data models.Configure Dynamics 365
entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules. Collaborate withtechnical teams
for integrations, data migrations, and custom development where required. PrepareBusiness Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and UAT scenarios
. Supportsystem, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
activities. Delivertraining sessions
and createuser manuals
for end users. Assist ingo-live preparation
and providepost-implementation support
. Continuouslyevaluate system performance
and recommend process improvements.Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of
Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules
. Proven experience inrequirements gathering
and translating business needs into functional designs. Knowledge ofCRM workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps
(configuration-level only). Stronganalytical and documentation skills
. Excellentcommunication
andstakeholder management
abilities. Experience withend-to-end CRM project lifecycles
is preferred.Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,882.46 - RM8,000.00 per month
