Ensure full compliance with MSPO standards across estate and mill operations.
Develop, implement, and monitor sustainability policies, procedures, and documentation.
Coordinate with estate/mill teams to maintain certification requirements.
Conduct compliance checks, inspections, and prepare reports for management.
Liaise with certification bodies, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Provide training and awareness programs on MSPO and sustainability practices.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Plantation Management, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Sustainability, or related field.
Knowledge of MSPO certification standards and sustainability requirements.
Minimum 2-3 years' working experience in palm oil plantation sustainability or compliance roles.
Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
Able to travel and be stationed at plantation/mill sites as required.
