The successful candidate will be responsible to implement, align, facilitate interfaces across asset facilities and departments, sustain and improve the SEAM (Safety, Environment and Asset Management Standards) on Perform Maintenance Execution (PME) and SEAM Perform Turnarounds (PTA) work processes.Where You Fit In:The MTAC Excellence Engineer does not have direct reports. What We Need from You:

• Educational Drive: Hold a university degree in engineering or another technical subject. We value your commitment to learning and academic achievement.
• Industry Experience: Bring your energy and enthusiasm to the Oil & Gas Industry with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in Operations, Maintenance, or Offshore Construction/Hook up and Commissioning. Your fresh perspective and innovative ideas will drive us forward.
• Practical Know-How: Demonstrate a practical and solid understanding of MTAC processes and site working procedures/flow. Your hands-on approach and willingness to get involved will make a real difference.
• Tech Savvy: Utilize your strong working knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Primavera, and Excel to navigate the digital landscape. Your proficiency in technology will help us stay ahead of the curve.
