Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for the full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP)
Ensure the accurate and timely closing of monthly accounts and reports
Prepare financial schedules and reports
Verify payments, invoices and ensure all posting is done correctly
Ensure adherence to financial, accounting and operation procedures
Monitor fixed assets register
Support audit, tax and stock count activities
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banker and other relevant authorities on their respective matters.
Job Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree /Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 year working experience in the related field is required or this positions
Preferably candidates with working experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalents.
5.5 working days (alternate Saturday off)
