At least 1-2 years relevant working experiences in multimedia design / graphic design / video editing fields, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
In-depth knowledge of photo design and video editing programs such as Adobe Illustrator (AI), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect and etc.
Ability to conceptualize and design creative interface from an idea, proficiency in manage content distribution.
Basic knowledge of web publishing software and website design.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
Artistic sense, keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, ability to collaborate on short and long-term projects.
Responsibilities
Create and execute a wide variety of effective digital marketing content, social media content and corporate marketing/promotional videos.
Articulate the concept and ideas into actual design or video and conceptualize visuals based on brands requirements.
Use computer-based design packages such as Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop, Canva and Lightroom to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs to increase brand engagement.
Create high quality, engaging and attractive video content using video editing software such as Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro and After Effect.
Collaborate and work closely with marketing team to determine appropriate visual, textual and animated elements of the posters and videos.
Design and build the overall layout, features and aesthetic for corporate and brand website, liaise with IT team to improve the overall user experience.
Build and make good use of content marketing editorial calendar to streamline strategic collaboration, track marketing performance and identify content repurposing opportunities.
Respond rapidly to unfolding business circumstances by applying the optimal combination of marketing content across multiple channels.
Build and develop creative, informative and persuasive content to capture the attention of the target audience by using copywriting strategy.
Identify and adopt the latest emerging multimedia trend and media techniques, organizing and coordinating content creation and operations.
Measure, monitor and report performance of the traffic of all platforms such as conversion and bounce rate.
Suggest new ways to improve the traffic and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics.
