• Diploma/degree in arts, graphic design, multimedia or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in multimedia design or a similar role is preferred
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or equivalent
• Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both speaking and writing. Knowing extra language will be an added advantage.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of visual composition, layout, and design principles.
• Basic knowledge of video editing, animation, and motion graphics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design books, website images, product image and banners each week.
• Design social platform material each day.
• Report and feedback to head of marketing/training and work together with assigned department for the above scope.
• Creative, multi tasking, self motivated, independent, ability to follow instructions
• Capable of executing design projects independently
• Resourceful in creative ideas and active in brainstorming
• Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized
• Excellent time management skills and willing to work long hours if needed
• Design and produce visual content using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
• Edit and assemble video content for promotional and informational use.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh design ideas and concepts.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into designs.
