DESCRIPTIONS Experience in designing visually appealing graphics, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements, with fundamental to advanced knowledge in animation and motion graphic design. Experience in video shooting and production is a strong asset. Experience in three-dimensional models and renderings for animations, simulations, VR, AR, or product visualization is highly advantageous. Collaborate with internal and external departments, clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, set timelines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work within budget. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in all design-related work to continuously improve skills and remain competitive. REQUIREMENTS Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is advantageous. Strong portfolio showcasing creative multimedia projects across various platforms and media types. Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a multimedia or digital arts designer. Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, multimedia design, visual arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects or similar tools. Experience in video editing and post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is highly recommended. Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software like Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, or Blender is highly recommended. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Strong time management and project management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. Continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in multimedia design.
