About the Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for producing engaging visual content across various platforms -- including digital, print, and video. This position offers the opportunity to express your creativity, contribute fresh ideas, and bring our brand to life through compelling visuals and storytelling.

In addition to design responsibilities, you will also participate as an in-house talent for photo shoots, videos, and social media content -- helping to create relatable and authentic brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design: Design and develop digital and print materials such as social media posts, marketing collaterals, banners, infographics, and advertisements. Video Production: Plan and produce video content, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production. Photography: Support photo shoots, including setup, lighting, and editing to produce high-quality visuals. Content Creation: Participate as in-house talent for photoshoots, videos, and promotional content on social media. Branding: Ensure all creative materials are aligned with the company's brand identity and visual guidelines. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative ideas. Trend Research: Stay updated with current design, video, and social media trends to inspire innovative content. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery while ensuring quality and timeliness.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in multimedia, graphic design, or content creation Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) Strong sense of design, layout, and attention to detail Comfortable appearing on camera for in-house content creation Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment Creative, proactive, and able to meet deadlines

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
