Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

Edit short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Facebook. Create motion graphics, intros/outros, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement. Work closely with the production and content teams to align editing style with storyline, branding, and pacing. Adapt videos into various aspect ratios and formats for platform-specific optimization. Colour grade, sound sync, and ensure visual consistency across episodes and video series.

Visual Design & Branding

Design compelling visual assets for use in video content (titles, lower thirds, scene graphics). Ensure all visual work aligns with the company's brand identity and creative direction.

Collaboration & Teamwork

Participate actively in creative discussions and brainstorming sessions. Coordinate with scriptwriters, directors, and marketing to deliver content that resonates with target audiences. Keep project files organized and maintain good documentation for team sharing and future revisions.

Innovation & Growth

Stay up to date with the latest editing styles, storytelling formats, transitions, and social media trends. Propose new visual ideas, editing techniques, and content formats to push creative boundaries.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Film, Animation, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

in video editing and motion graphics.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and audience engagement. Experience in adding motion graphics, subtitles, dynamic transitions, and effects to elevate content. Fluent in English and

Mandarin (spoken & written)

for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking teams. Basic proficiency in

Bahasa Malaysia

is required. Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
