Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Create & design Marketing Emails for the company using HTML and Email Builders.
• Handling in scheduling & planning Seminars, events, and awards Marketing emails using tools such as active campaign, sendInBlue, Mailchimp\xe2\x80\xa6etc.
• Design and create posters, banners, and headers for the website, Emails & social media.
• Social media graphic contents including videos for events, promotional, seminars and awards.
• Assisting in editing and Publishing podcast episodes into Podcast platforms such as buzzsprout..etc.
• Creating presentation slideshows for awards ceremonies.
• Assisting in the recording of podcast in the studio.
• Resizing images for the website and assisting in format conversion of files.
• Assisting in after events video converting and uploading to vimeo.
• Website updates.
• Basic Computer troubleshooting and maintaining.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field or equivalent
• Basic Computer troubleshooting knowledge.
• HTML and CSS basic knowledge, advance knowledge is an advantage.
• Good Knowledge in Adobe Suite software.
• Wordpress basic knowledge, advanced knowledge is an advantage.
• Basic Knowledge on using Zoom, Teams and other meeting software.
• Minimum two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar role
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• A pleasant personality and strong communication skills are a must.

• The ability to multi-task and interact with people from all levels and backgrounds.
• Meticulous, organized and efficient
