At least 2 years of design experiences, proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the e-commerce industry
Proficient in Adobe design software
Fluent in Mandarin, with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Mandarin
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. (Open communication; be humble & proactive)
Willing to listen and accept the feedback
Good sense of image layout and colours
Know the basic of simple video editing
Good at time management and always take priority tasks to complete before the deadline given
Result oriented person rather than just getting things done

Responsibilities
Create eye-catching and effective photos, animations, videos, and other visual content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, XHS,TikTok) and offline marketing platforms (e.g., brochures, flyers, posters, banners), aligned with brand\'s objectives
Maintain organized design files and assets for easy retrieval and future reference
Stay informed about social media trends and best practices to optimize photo and video performance
Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure all design materials align with the brand\'s guidelines and objectives
Contribute to the brainstorming and development of innovative design concepts and ideas
