Requirements

• Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Fluent in Mandarin.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.

Responsibilities

• xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0Lead UI/UX design projects, from conceptualizing user flows to creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

• xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0Work closely with marketing team and product managers, providing design expertise and guidance.

• xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0Ensure designs align with brand standards and contribute to the development of our design language.

• xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0Run UX research and usability tests to gain insights and understand user behaviors on digital

• xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0Utilizing knowledge of design, innovative thinking, field research and observation to understand how people interact with the digital channels.

• xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0Produce promotional displays and marketing brochures, design distinctive logos for products and businesses, and develop signs and signage systems.

• xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0Developing material for Internet Web pages, computer interfaces, and multimedia projects.

• xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0Interpret and apply the corporate style guidelines to a range of material e.g. printed brochures, newsletters (external & internal), websites, presentations, exhibitions, merchandises, etc.

• xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0Prepare time estimates for all graphics projects.

• xe2x81xa0 xe2x81xa0Take responsibility for all stages in the design process, managing projects within dateline and budget
