Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree of the related field.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics/Multimedia Design or proven work experience as video editor or related field.
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a complete portfolio of Multimedia design content.
• Solid experience with various of digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, Adobe After Effects and Final Cut, Photoshop B. Illustrator C. Adobe premiere pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch & etc.)
• Basic knowledge of web publishing software & Application UI & UX.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills, ability to take and follow direction, while also having a creative eye for improvements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, sharp attention to detail.

Tanggungjawab

• Proficiency in Content Creation, Image/Photo & Video editing using design and editing software programs.
• Show enthusiastic & have general understanding of software, digital process, ideas of futuristic and knowledge of new and cutting-edge technology.
• Propose & design creative digital images, video animation, and textual animations for marketing purpose. (e.g. Website, Social Media, LinkedIn and Email)
• Involved with other production aspects, such as photography, videography, recording & editing audio, visual, video effects, review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes' value and contribution to continuity.
• Ensure logical sequencing, smooth running and high accuracy of input the suitable music, dialogues, graphics and effects.
• Be responsible to develop all branding and marketing collaterals.
• Drive customer traffic & engagement using marketing creatives, & conduct effective marketing campaign through company social channels, website & offline events.
• Be able to propose new and interesting contents to drive more traffics and audience attention.
• Ability to take and follow direction, while also having a creative eye for improvements
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.
• Undertake other important duties and entrusted responsibilities that may arise due to the contingencies of work & perform any other job/function that may be assigned by superior
