Job Description
Job Responsibility Lead packaging design projects from concept through production, ensuring designs align with brand standards and market trends. Develop and refine branding materials, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual identities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create cohesive and innovative branding strategies. Guide junior designers, providing feedback and direction to ensure high-quality design outputs. Stay abreast of industry developments, tools, and technologies related to packaging and branding design. Job Requirements Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with 3D design software. Strong understanding of branding and the ability to create designs that communicate the desired message to the target audience. Knowledge of print and production processes to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards. Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies relevant to packaging and branding. Preferable Mandarin speaking candidate.
