Job Description

Graphic Designer cum E-Commerce Officer Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, plan and execute shoots and productions, edit social media assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other emerging social media channels, online shops and websites
• Publish and share content daily
• Produce graphic artwork and publishing elements for poster designs, advertisements, website, and marketing materials distribution through various channels
• Monitor social media channel\xe2\x80\x99s traffic flow and engagement for company presence on social media
• Manage & monitor the Company Website and Shopping Platforms such as Lazada, Shoppe and online shops
• Manage & process shipment for online orders
• Implement new and creative growth strategies through social media and shopping platforms
• Responsible for handling customer\xe2\x80\x99s inquiries and contract review activities
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites
• Any other tasks being assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Understanding of digital marketing trends and online sales
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.)
• Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva & Adobe Illustrator)
• Basic copywriting skills to produce content for the website and social media platforms
• Understand basic web design (WordPress)
• Understand MS Excel and Word skills with the ability to present information
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to work independently and collaborate between multiple stakeholders as a team to meet objectives or timeline set
• Excellent communication skills, cooperative team player, passionate learner, driven, adaptable and proactive
• Self-starter with a good sense of responsibility and initiative, ability to work autonomously
• Good written and communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome
