Responsibilities

Create designs, concepts, and layouts for various visual media such as print and digital advertisements, brochures, websites, social media content, and other marketing collateral.
Develop and produce graphics, illustrations, logos, and other visual materials using specialized design software and tools.
Collaborate with marketing & sales teams to conceptualize and execute designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and enhance the quality of design output.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that design deliverables are completed within established timelines.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide design recommendations and solutions.

Requirements and skills

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
Understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
Understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising concepts.
Awareness of current design trends and techniques.
Ability to produce creative and visually compelling designs that align with branding and marketing goals.
Ability to work in a team environment, communicate ideas, and provide constructive feedback.
Ability to take feedback and make necessary changes to designs.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks according to project deadlines.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.

Education & Experience

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
A portfolio of design work demonstrating a range of skills and capabilities.
Require 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design
