- Location : Kuala LumpurDescription: Work as part of the development team with the Bank\'s Treasury and Markets IT team. Work on Multiple projects related to the automation and digitization of Banks processes and systems.
The role is for L2 Murex/FinIQ technical support responsible to provide BAU support.Skills required:

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Overall 2-4 years of Murex/FinIQ experience
• \xe2\x80\xa2 IT Support experience
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of the Murex application
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior Development experience in any Murex module
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Working in a very collaborative and agile team, you are expected to work interdependently - collaborate, negotiate, make trade-offs, and handle conflicts. Strong capability to solve problems, and be an out-of-box thinker who frequently comes up with new ideas.

Nice To Have:

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Cloud architecture (such as AWS)
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Technical skills in Sybase/Oracle SQL, and Unix Shell scripting is highly desirable.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Working experience in a Unix/Linux platform is a must. Skills in Windows environments.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with Symphony (Grid Computing)
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Development skills (Java, PHP, Perl, Python, C++) and experience with technologies such as (HTML, Javascript, XML, XSL, JSON, and J2EE)
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in leading and supporting Murex/MLC/VaR applications would be greatly desired.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in supporting Murex Front to Back Office Modules such as Simulation, MSL, P&L recon Processing Templates, Collateral, Accounting, and/or Exchange interface preferred.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with CMMI processes and documentation
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in supporting Treasury & Markets Applications
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Possesses CFA level 1 and above

Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to support Murex application and accountable to all business stakeholders for all Murex production incidents
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to Perform root cause analysis and contribute to problem-solving if a need arises
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to provide continuous improvement initiatives and have a far-sighted vision aligned to the SRE roadmap of ITT
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to collaborate across all teams (both Support and other Murex Development teams)
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to provide quality service to business users

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• \xe2\x80\xa2 To track and be responsible for providing optimum service levels for day-to-day production support for the Murex/MLC/Risk users (Front office, Back-office, Finance, etc)
• \xe2\x80\xa2 To collaborate with third-party vendors/other support teams to provide a seamless support model for the business
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to take ownership of high-severity issues and follow through to closure
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Answerable to business users and provide strategic long-term solutions and participate in RCA and provide pre-emptive solutions for production stability
• \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in rolling out of new version of the application adhering to the best practices of the release management procedures.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 To be able to drive himself/herself to learn new things while dealing with daily production support
• \xe2\x80\xa2 To communicate effectively and work efficiently across different Business and support units
