• HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT SKINCARE
• Responsible for the overall Tiktok live strategy implementation and day-to-day execution of tasks including scheduling and hosting TikTok live, topic planning, audience interaction, and product setup.
• Responsible for ideation, creative strategy, brainstorming and research for TikTok live.
• To familiarize the product selling points, pre-plan TikTok live script and flow to make sure the live runs smoothly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with audience and followers, regularly communicating with them to build a loyal and engaged community.
• Engage with audience during the live stream, answering questions and responding to comments to achieve target.
• Monitor and track live stream performance through insights and analytics, including provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and execute highly effective media plans to drive positive and organic engagement with existing and new followers, drive leads and traffic, and generate brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal departments to strategize, plan, create content and promotions, identify and solve problem for live stream.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in E-commerce/ Marketing/ Advertising/ Media Planning/ Arts and Creative/ Mass Communication/ Business or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required Skill(s): MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, CapCut.
• Strong TikTok presence with a proven track record of engaging and growing a live stream audience
• Solid knowledge of TikTok advertising tools and features.
• Strong attention to detail, able to multi-task projects and manage own schedule according to assigned deadlines.
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, self-starter and good team player.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Cheerful, friendly and positive personality.
• Ability to think creatively and come up with engaging live stream concepts and promotions.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
