Job Description
Get to know our Team:
TreeDots is a platform that helps to redistribute unsold inventories in the F&B
market from suppliers to businesses like restaurants, cafes etc. Through this
platform, we aim to improve efficiency and productivity of F&B users to achieve
more with less resources and preventing any unnecessary wastage. We are
looking for an Account Executive to join our family!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in full set of accounts
- AP, AR, GL
- Bank reconciliation
- Perform month-end and year-end closing of accounts
- Process of claims disbursement/payment
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
- Assist daily sales collections
- Possess related working experience
- Experience with Xero Accounting Software is a plus
- Willing to extend beyond normal working hours when required
- Salary: RM3k - RM4k
- Leave Benefits
- Working Location: Petalling Jaya
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hours
