The Opportunity
Our client is a leading Australian claims management provider, specializing in workers' compensation. With over 100 years of experience, our client partners with government bodies and employers to deliver tailored injury management solutions that support safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Employees that will be part of the team are expected to have good communication skills as they are required to directly communicate with claims to immediately resolve questions, inconsistencies, and missing data to complete the task within day 7 of claims. Communication will be done both via e-mail and phone call.
This position follows an onsite arrangement during the first 6 months and then a hybrid schedule for 3 days per week in The Gardens North Tower office. Working hours are from Monday to Friday (Malaysia time): 6.00am to 3.00pm (WFH) or 7.30am to 4.30pm (onsite).
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compensation and benefits calculations comply with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy standards as outlined in professional conduct policies.
  • Audit and review all salary and compensation details prior to submission to claims.
  • Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data before entry.
  • Accurately input employee information into appropriate systems or databases.
  • Monitor and track data documentation, ensuring completeness and timeliness.
  • Resolve data discrepancies by coordinating directly with claims and support the onboarding of new team members through coaching.
Skills, Experiences & Qualifications
  • Holds a Diploma, Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
  • Good written & verbal English language communication skills.
  • Relevant experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Able to join on 2nd September 2025.
  • Willing to work on morning shift and onsite in the office.
