The Opportunity

This position operates in a high volume and compliance-driven environment that focuses on the proactive administration and management of claims.

Employees that will be part of the team are expected to have good communication skills as they are required to directly communicate with claims to immediately resolve questions, inconsistencies, and missing data to complete the task within day 7 of claims. Communication will be done both via e-mail and phone call.

- Location: The Gardens North Tower - Mid Valley, KL (accessible with public transport)

- Working hours: Monday to Friday

• Time: 6.00am to 3.00pm (WFH)
• Time: 7.30am to 4.30pm (office)

- Working arrangement: Training: 6 weeks in the office. Hybrid/continue working onsite after the training depending on team leader arrangement.

- Joining date: 26 February 2024 (compulsory)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that compensation and benefits calculation comply with applicable regulations or legislation.
• Ensure compliance with Data Privacy as per our professional standards policy.
• Analyze and review all salary/compensation details before sending to claims through auditing.
• Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data to be entered.
• Responsible for identifying, interpreting, and inputting employee\'s information into the
• appropriate database and/or program.
• Monitoring or keeping track of received and completed data documents.
• Coordinate queries directly to claims to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
• Coach and assist in the development of new team members.
• Capable or will be trained to fulfill all other department tasks.

Skills, Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree holder or Associate Degree holder
• Relevant experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to work on day shift and onsite
