If located in Johor Bahru, it's fully WFH basis, but candidates required to travel 1-2 times to Singapore If located in KL, Hybrid working mode, Need to report to KL office.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and animate high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, visual effects (VFX), and dynamic typography for diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets and the web. Understands and applies Online Standards and brand guidelines to visual designs Create realistic or stylized 3D models, textures, lighting, and renderings using industry-standard software (e.g., cinema4D, blender, Maya, Houdini) Develop concept-to-delivery motion graphics for advertising, product demos, UI/UX animations, and immersive experiences (AR/VR) Optimize workflows for efficient rendering, compositing, and post-production (After effects, Redshift/Octane, Nuke) Lead and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and creative direction. Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Hands-on creation of all on and off location video productions Planning- Storyboarding, planning, and coordination in advance of video projects for approval Filming- Value videos, about/intro videos, events, misc. Editing, motion graphic animation, and sequencing Assist in the coordination and distribution of video materials both internally and externally. Lead in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas. Provide accurate time and cost estimates for each part of the process. Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for the project. Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. Support the design and illustration team with photo editing, bespoke illustration and icon design. Responsible for training and developing others in the use of animation software. Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design and popular music to deliver cutting edge work. Elevate initial concepts and manage the execution of all creative projects, encompassing 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and video editing. Develop creative and compelling storyboards with minimal supervision. Create motion graphics and videos for immersive multimedia environments. Enhance video productions by incorporating voice-overs and sound effects. Provide on-site support for events Apply versatile design skillset to projects across various business segments, such as exhibitions, galleries, and events.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Motion Graphic, Visual Effect, or equivalent. 5-7 years and above industry experience in post-production or multimedia Solid working knowledge in Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Audition and in at least one 3D motion design tool such as Cinema 4D or similar. Experience in 3D motion graphics, and AI image/motion generation. Ability to edit music and sound design. A quick learner with a proactive "get things done" attitude. Good in time management & capable of completing tasks within a deadline. Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and independently Proficient in English. Good communication skill Creative mind and storytelling skills
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
