-Brief job description:
-Prepare/review direct and indirect tax compliances for both Malaysia and Philippines covering income tax, tax estimate, transfer pricing, withholding tax, SST/VAT, & etc.
-Prepare/review periodical tax return and coordinate with tax agents, advise on amendments and ensure the tax returns are in order and deadline for filing is met.
-Prepare/review internal monthly corporate income tax provisions, quarterly cash tax forecasts, effective rate forecasts and SOX testing.
-Support company tax audit and timely resolution of other tax controversy matters.
-Advise and attend to queries from stakeholders/business partners where required.
-To communicate and liaise with tax authorities on all tax matters for the Group and ensure that all matters are resolved on a timely manner.
-Keep abreast of latest tax developments/updates and analyze the implication to the business
-Other ad-hoc assignment /duties as and when required.style="list-style-type:circle"-
-Requirements:

-Good understanding of Malaysia tax rules, regulations and practices.
-Analytical mindset with attention to details.
-Knowledge in Philippines taxation is an added advantage.
-Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
-Good in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
