Job Title: n8n Instructor

We're building a vibrant AI community and YouTube channel focused on

n8n-powered automations

and no-code solutions for solopreneurs and business owners. Our mission is to empower creators to master n8n through hands-on tutorials, live workshops, and an active Skool community. We're looking for a

proactive n8n Instructor

to teach, create content, lead mini cohorts, and provide rapid Q&A support that helps members build real-world automations.

Job Overview

We seek a passionate

n8n expert

to design and deliver educational content, host live sessions, run structured mini cohorts, and mentor community members in our Skool group. You'll create step-by-step tutorials, troubleshoot workflows in real time, and guide small groups through hands-on automation builds. If you love teaching, debugging live, and accelerating learner success with n8n, this is your role!

Responsibilities

n8n Teaching & Content Creation

Tutorials & Guides

: Produce

in-depth n8n tutorials

(written + video) for YouTube and Skool (e.g., "Sync Airtable to Slack with n8n Webhooks").

Workflow Library

: Build and maintain a

reusable n8n workflow library

(JSON exports + documentation) for common use cases (e.g., AI content agents, lead routing).

Challenge Series

: Design

"Build in Public" n8n challenges

to drive engagement and skill-building.

Mini Cohort Leadership

Run Cohorts

: Launch and manage

3-5 concurrent mini cohorts

(8-15 members each) with structured 2-4 week curricula (e.g., "n8n for Content Creators," "n8n + AI Agents").

Weekly Check-Ins

: Assign workflow homework, and review submissions.

Progress Tracking

: Track member milestones and celebrate wins in the community.

Rapid Q&A & Community Support (Skool Platform)

Lightning Responses

: Answer member questions

within 2 hours

(business hours) -- especially workflow errors, node setup, or API issues.

Daily Office Hours

: Hold

open Q&A slots

for live troubleshooting.

Engagement Posts

: Spark discussion with weekly prompts (e.g., "What broke your n8n flow this week? Let's fix it together.").

Feedback Loop

: Turn common questions into

future tutorial topics

.

Video Production (n8n-Focused)

Script & Record

: Write and record

screen-share n8n tutorials

(Loom/OBS).

Qualifications

Hands-on n8n mastery

(complex workflows, error handling, webhooks, credentials, self-hosted vs. cloud).

Teaching & mentoring skills

(bonus: led cohorts, created courses, or taught live).

Strong written & spoken English

for clear, engaging instruction.

Proficiency with tools

: n8n (core + advanced nodes) Skool, Notion, Discord, Google Suite YouTube Studio, Canva, CapCut/OBS/Loom n8n self-hosting expertise
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM1,703.89 - RM15,824.29 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur
