Dare to make an impact YOUR ROLE As the National Creative Educator, you will be responsible for supporting key accounts, inspiring and mentoring stylists, both clients and Schwarzkopf team, providing technical support, creating and delivering amazing educational content both online and face-2-face. Plan, prepare and deliver creative content/seminars. Be responsible for building relationships that enhance sales channels both new and existing. Lead fashion week deliverables for the team with the national ambassador and stylists to ensure the teams skills are capable of delivering premium runway hair. Additionally, you will create social media creative content essential to increasing SKP exposure. Provide best in class education support across all channels inclusive of upskilling the Schwarzkopf team, existing customers and new account acquisition. Support your team: develop an on-boarding program for new team members. Refer sales leads and customer feedback where appropriate so the team can respond to changing market conditions and customer needs. YOUR SKILLS Experience as an inspirational educator in hairdressing, with respected capabilities in the industry. High level of personal engagement, public speaking/presentation/communication skills Computer skills/literacy essential, a presence with socials. Sound business acumen, you love to grow and develop new clients. A bright creative mind, bring new ideas to life \'Outside the box thinker\'. The ultimate networker, excellent communication skills and ability to build new relationships. Driver\'s licence, hairdressing qualifications, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).
