About this role:
A leading frieght forwarding and logistics provider is looking for experienced Account Managers to be part of their growing team in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a robust knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Take responsibility over multiple key accounts within the company.
- Ensure consistency in company's operational performance.
- Perform regular market analysis to keep with industry changes/competitor strategies.
- Develop robust business plans with clear objectives.
- Uphold a high level of customer experiences.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics would be advantageous.
- At least 5 years of previous experience in a Account Management role, ideally within freight forwarding or logistics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional and methodical approach to work.
- Effective planning and attention to detail is a must for this role
