-Responsible to lead channel management team to establish and develop strong working relationships with our Key Accounts to achieve business objectives.
-Effective Fund planning within budget allocated to maximize the activity ROI.
-To work closely with the Marketing Team for A&P (advertising & promotional) funding support and product positioning strategy in the outlets.
-Monitor National monthly sales performance of all assigned key accounts to ensure in-market sales objectives are achieved.
-Submit a monthly report to the immediate superior within the stipulated timelines.
-Lead key account team & understanding all key sales functions
-Implement strategies to meet company expectations.
-Accountable for Team Sales Target
Requirements
-Qualification: Diploma/Degree
-Preferable job related in Marketing & Sales
-Experience min 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG industry
-Experience as FMCG National Team Lead at least for 2years
-Experience handled Key Account - Lotuss/Watson/Aeon/ Jaya grocer
-Excellent setting SOP, mentoring, coaching and people management skill.
