National Key Account Manager (modern Trade, Lead Team)

Job Description
A people management role for an exclusive Modern Trade team with an established well-known FMCG company with overseas presence.
- Manage and oversee team's delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set
- Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Customer Account Management
- Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Develop and implement processes and strategies (local go-to-market strategies, sales strategies and customer strategies) for assigned customers to ensure achievement of goals Monitor team key performance indicators achievement.
- Conduct regular reviews to provide feedback on achievements, performance gaps and requirements for improvement
- Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Strong key account management experience in modern trade channel
- Great leadership skills and has passion in strengthening the team's account management skill set
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Opportunity to work with strong leaders and great support provided to excel further with the team
