Overview:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Social Media Digital Marketing Specialist with native fluency in Japanese. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through various social media platforms targeted at the Japanese market. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence and increase conversions. Responsibilities:
1. Create and Execute Social Media Strategies: Develop social media marketing plans that align with our overall marketing objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines. Leverage your understanding of the Japanese market to tailor content and messaging across platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. 2. Content Creation and Management: Produce compelling and creative content such as posts, videos, images, and blogs that resonate with the Japanese audience. Ensure all content is culturally relevant, engaging, and aligns with our brand voice. Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing across social media platforms. 3. Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with the Japanese-speaking community through social media platforms. Proactively respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships, address customer concerns, and promote brand loyalty. 4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, conversions, and ROI. Utilize analytical tools to generate reports and insights. Continuously optimize and refine social media strategies based on data-driven findings. 5. Influencer and Partner Collaboration: Identify, establish, and manage relationships with relevant Japanese influencers, bloggers, and organizations aligned with our brand values. Collaborate on campaigns, contests, and partnerships to expand brand reach and generate user-generated content. 6. Stay Current with Trends and Best Practices: Keep up-to-date with social media trends, techniques, and best practices in the Japanese market. Provide recommendations for integrating emerging platforms and technologies into our digital marketing efforts. Qualifications: - Native Japanese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and consumer behavior in Japan.
- Proficient in utilizing social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong creative and content development skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
