Job Description


JOB SCOPE:

  • Handle and assist customers\xe2\x80\x99 general inquiries via multiple platform channels.
  • Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients\' partners.
  • Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (\xe2\x80\x98KPIs\xe2\x80\x99)
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or service
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent English & Tagalog communication (verbal & written) skills.
  • Diploma and above or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales/digital marketing experience.
