JOB SCOPE:

Handle and assist customers\xe2\x80\x99 general inquiries via multiple platform channels.
Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients\' partners.
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (\xe2\x80\x98KPIs\xe2\x80\x99)
Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or service
