• Creating positive and memorable experience where guests enjoy a safe, educational and engaging time at the reserve
• Operational oversight to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the nature reserve while balancing guest satisfaction and staff well-being
• Effective team leadership to inspire, guide, and manage a passionate team of naturalists by promoting shared vision of conservation, and fostering a motivated, collaborative workforce.
• Overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of the reserve to ensure that operations run smoothly, and resources are effectively allocated

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Conservation or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in conservation management, wildlife field or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of environmental science, ecology, and conservation principles.
• Leadership and people management abilities.
• Fluent in oral and written English; local dialects and/or Mandarin an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for nature and sustainability & leads by example
