You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, as well as troubleshooting problems related to system implementation, integration, configuration and maintenance. Responsibilities:

• Respond to end0user queries via ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
• Provide training and step-by-step guidance on using Netsuite software and resolving technical issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problem related to Netsuite software
• Identify and report known issues, bugs and iiregularities in the system operations to your direct reporting at the appropriate time
• Manage end-user escalations ad proactively communicate the status of issues
• Collaborate with the system developer and project team to track and debug issues in the system
• Create and update documentation, user manuals and knowledge-base articles to help end-user better understand Netsuite software
• Keep up to date with the latest releases and updates of Netsuite software, best practices and industry trends
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business or functional requirements and develop a solution that meet those requirements

Require skills and qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree of Computer Science or equivalent, information systems, engineering or related fields. Relevant Netsuite certifications is an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a technical support specialist, preferably with Netsuite software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non technical end-user or manager
• Experience troubleshooting software application issues, include network connectivity problems.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed to meet end goal set
• Experience with SQL, Javascript, Suitescript and other middleware and integration technologies
• Knowledge of Netsuite architecture, modules, setup and configuration, customisation and scripting
• Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership and manage projects to completion
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
