Job Responsibility:

• Monitor, manage, troubleshoot, and improve the LAN and WAN network in the entire plant. Ensure the network is stable, and rectify issues with minimum downtime.
• Managing physical and virtual servers. Ensures servers are running smoothly with the latest version and backups are done on a routine basis.
• Inventory and documentation - Manage all IT device inventory and ensure it is up to date with complete details. ( Network devices, physical and virtual servers, backup solutions, VLANs, IPs, and other IT-related devices). Document each improvement, project, and issue.
• Work on local and regional projects that bring improvement to the plant.
• Develops, implements, coordinates, and facilitate training program and activities for the manufacturing organization to create and improve the competency of the overall workforce in order to achieve corporate objectives.
• IT Security Management \xe2\x80\x93 Manage and monitor the security of all IT devices and applications. Ensure anti-virus is installed and running on all devices with the latest version.
• Support local team members when they are not around or need support

Qualifications:

• Degree in information technology or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years experience in managing networks and servers
• Experience with network and server administration preferred.
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently.
• Enthusiasm for continual learning, as well as the ability to contribute to team development.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic(CISCO), and network analytics tools
• Ability to administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, VPN, switches, and wireless controllers
