Act as 1st & 2nd Level Support & Troubleshooting
Escalate in a timely manner to 3rd Level Support for any issue not able to resolve
Ensure all incidents meet the MTTR
Coordinate & supervise partners & team members for troubleshooting & preventive maintenance
