- Act as the tech superhero for 1st and 2nd level support & troubleshooting - Call in backup from the 3rd level team when needed - Keep an eye on the clock to make sure all incidents meet the MTTR - Lead the charge and coordinate with partners & team members for troubleshooting & maintenance - Use your technical writing skills to prepare awesome technical documents (ATP, RCA, RFO, MOP, HLD, LLD, etc.) - Put on your cape and fly out for onsite troubleshooting if required - Help Level 2 Engineer during deployment, Site Survey & Circuit Activation Qualification: - Have a diploma/degree in a related field (Woohoo, education!) - LAN/WAN wizard wanted! Knowledgeable in networking architecture. - Networking tech geek alert! Familiarity with WAN, IP Address, Cables, Patch Cord, and SFP. - Bonus points for Linux, Server, Network Security, and BGP Routing superheroes. - Team player with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and improve skills. - Available for action! Ready to work flexible hours, even after office hours, weekends, and public holidays. - Cool under pressure! Ability to handle pressure and work with minimal supervision. - Communication guru! Strong communication and customer management skills. - Pro at tech talk! Proficient in effectively communicating technical solutions and remedial action plans through both oral and written communications.
