Position : Network Engineer
Company Industry : Commercial Banking
Working Hour : Monday - Friday; 9am-6pm
Working Location : Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur
Working Duration: 12months contract with PERSOLKELLY
Remuneration : Basic RM5,000 - RM9,000 (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical benefits

WHO CAN APPLY?
\xc2\xb7 Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in information technology
\xc2\xb7 3-5 years work experience as network engineer
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge and experience in B2B, Network, Voice, Firewall, CCNA, CompTIA Network +, Voice certification
\xc2\xb7 General customer service skill
\xc2\xb7 Good English communication

JOB SUMMARY :
\xc2\xb7 Network Engineer and single point of contact for all voice and network activities - COB related activities project production support and change management activities with regional and Global Network/Voice SMEs. Single point of contact for network Job Background/context.
\xc2\xb7 The role covers ground coordination between country business and regional/global teams in ensuring timely attention to production support and project request matters. To coordinate onsite work with verification with Regional and Global SME.
