Network Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements. Network Monitoring and Maintenance : Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and availability. Security and Compliance : Implement security measures and best practices to protect the network from threats and ensure compliance with industry standards. Network Optimization: Continuously improve network performance, scalability, and efficiency by evaluating and implementing new technologies and solutions. Documentation: Maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and policies. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, IT support, and on ground operations team to resolve network-related issues and support new outlets project requirements. Capacity Planning : Assess network capacity requirements and plan for future growth. Vendor Management : Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure and maintain network equipment and services. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, with Networking as a focus or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Network Engineer with minimum 2 years experience. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, OSPF, SDWAN, STPs, QoS, IPSec etc.). Familiar with setting up & troubleshooting printers, CCTV, Access Control, VoIP, Wireless, Switch, Firewalls, and Server. Experience in setting up network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Zabbix, Wireshark, Iperf etc.) are a plus. Familiarity with network security best practices and tools. CCNA / CCNP or other relevant certifications are a plus. Excellent technical & non-technical communication skills. A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
