Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a distinguished client in the telecommunications sector to find a Network Operations Engineer for their expanding team.Job Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy scalable network architectures and wireless networks.
• Install and configure network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Monitor network performance and promptly troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve complex network challenges.
• Implement robust network security protocols to protect data, systems, and networks.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and operational processes. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
• Stay current with advancements in networking technologies and recommend upgrades and enhancements as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer in satellite telecommunications or a similar role.
• Practical experience with networking hardware and software.
• Proficient in network security principles with hands-on experience in firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar qualifications are advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations and reports.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willingness to travel for work as needed.
