: Lead project delivery, ensuring successful implementation and completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and timelines. Design and implement network solutions based on project requirements and best practices. Perform network configurations, installations, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to procure necessary equipment and resources. Provide technical guidance and support during project implementation. Proactively identify and mitigate risks and challenges in project delivery. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. Stay updated with industry trend and technologies to enhance project delivery. Requirements: Strong project delivery experience in networking. Proven track record of delivering network projects on time and within budget. Excellent project management skills and resource management abilities. Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Degree or diploma in Electronics, Telecommunication, or Computer Science. 3-7 years of relevant experience in large enterprises or service providers. Proficiency in routing and switching technologies from vendors like Cisco, H3C, and Huawei. Practical experience in WAN and LAN. Familiarity with L2/L3 protocols, IPsec VPN, and network security. Strong team collaboration, self-motivation, and customer-oriented mindset. Experience in network and security environment management and troubleshooting. Proficiency in spoken and writen English/Chinese/Malay preferred. Ability to support medium/large networks with 100-1000 network devices. Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly valued.
