Airasia is looking for a Network Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining and administering our company\'s computer networks. Responsibilities Network infrastructure management and maintenance for all airports within the AirAsia network. Designing and implementing network solutions to meet the specific requirements of airport operations. Ensuring high network availability and reliability for airport operations. Managing network security and implementing necessary measures to protect airport systems and data. Monitoring and troubleshooting network issues at airports, including connectivity, Wi-Fi, and network devices. Collaborating with other teams (such as ground operations and security) to integrate network services into airport operations. Conducting periodic network assessments and audits at airports to identify areas for improvement. Planning and implementing network upgrades and expansions at airports. Liaising with vendors and service providers for network-related procurement and support at airports. Provide support and maintenance of computer networks, hardware, software, and other related systems with industry best precises. Collaborate with the users of Airasia operations and monitoring to identify potential issues and fix existing problems. Analyse, isolate & troubleshoot network issues. Evaluate and modify the system\'s performance. Propose for improvement of the network infrastructure including the hardware and services. Ensure network connectivity throughout the LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations. Upgrades network by conferring with vendors developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements. Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning troubleshooting network problems escalating problems to vendor Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation maintaining documentation. Experience in maintaining & troubleshooting the wireless infrastructure within the office and remote offices. Desired Skills & Experience Possess a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent. At 5 years of solid working experience in the network fields. Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia or additional languages is an added advantage. Must have a minimum of 3 years\' experience in Networking Administration and Engineering. Familiar with Cloud Network (Google/Microsoft Azure/Alibaba/AWS) Architecture. Familiar with Cloud Network Modules & Configuration. Preferable to have working experience in Public Cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure).
