Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

s:

• Deploy, oversee, and provide support for a global enterprise network infrastructure utilizing technologies such as Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, F5, etc. Design, implement, and configure Cloud Networking components, ensuring seamless integration with Datacenters and On-Premise Networks.
• Manage the upkeep of Data Center, Cloud, and Local network infrastructure across various regions: EU, AM, AP, CN.
• Uphold a high level of network security through continuous monitoring of security advisories, implementation of software updates, regular security audits, and close collaboration with the SEC team to adhere to enterprise security standards.
• Address incidents, problems, service requests, and change requests in the central ticketing tool (Service Now) following guidelines and the ITIL framework, with a focus on meeting defined SLA targets.
• Sustain and enhance monitoring and management tools.
• Collaborate with application operation teams to plan and execute processes and updates within the designated responsibilities.
• Proactively suggest and implement automation, processes, and cost optimizations. Ensure updated documentation of solutions and changes, create KB articles, and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
• Develop and manage Terraform modules and configurations for the provisioning and operation of Cloud Networking resources.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience with a focus on the operational aspects and design of large-scale network LAN/WAN/Firewall systems. Possesses networking and security expertise equivalent to certifications such as Cisco CCNP and Fortinet NSE4.
• Proficient in working with Cisco products, including Catalyst and Nexus Switches, as well as Routers. Familiarity with Fortinet Firewalls is essential.
• Knowledgeable in Infrastructure as Code concepts, with experience using tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, and Bicep.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call work model, especially on weekends, and occasional business travels, occurring approximately once every three months.
• Preferably possess certifications demonstrating Associate-level expertise in Azure Networking Components and Terraform.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, CloudFormation, and Bicep.
• Familiarity with Meraki Switching and Wireless products.
• Knowledgeable in other Fortinet security products such as EMS and FortiWAF.
• Experience with F5 load-balancers.
• Proficiency in Cisco ISE, Cisco Prime, and/or SolarWinds.
• Expertise in deploying network monitoring tools like Grafana/Telegraf.
