Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:
Provide support and maintenance of computer networks, hardware, software, and other related systems with industry best practices.
Support LANs, WANs, Internet, and Intranet systems.
Collaborate with the users of Airasia operations and monitoring to identify potential issues and fix existing problems.
Responsible for disaster recovery operations, protecting data, software, and hardware from attacks, and replacing faulty network hardware components when necessary.
Analyse, isolate & troubleshoot network issues.
Resolve network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
Evaluate and modify the system's performance. Propose for improvement of the network infrastructure including the hardware and services.
Ensure network connectivity throughout the LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
Maintain network services such as VPN gateways & intrusion detection systems.
Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements. Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor
Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
Experience in maintaining & troubleshooting the wireless infrastructure within the office and remote offices.
Experience in maintaining troubleshooting Network Access Control (NAC)
WHO YOU ARE:
Possess a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
At 5 years of solid working experience in the network fields.
Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia or additional languages is an added advantage.
Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Networking Administration and Engineering.
Familiar with Cloud Network (Google/Microsoft Azure/Alibaba/AWS) Architecture.
Familiar with Cloud Network Modules & Configuration.
Preferable to have working experience in Public Cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure).
Self-motivated, ability to multitask, interact with all levels of users, team player, fast learner.
