- Act as 1st Level Support & Troubleshooting
- Escalate in a timely manner to 2nd & 3rd Level Support for any issue not able to resolve
- Ensure all incidents meet the MTTR
- Coordinate & supervise partners & team members for troubleshooting & preventive maintenance
- Prepare RFO & RCA based on per incident
- Onsite troubleshooting if required
- Communicate closely with the TAC team and customer to ensure the incident is resolved with MTTR
Qualifications
- Years of experience (Min.): 0 \xe2\x80\x93 2 Years
- Required language: English & Bahasa Malaysia (Others will be advantages)
- Have knowledge of Network Architecture
- Have knowledge of networking technologies (WAN, IP Address, Cables, Patch Cord, SFP)
- Have knowledge of Network Routing will be advantage
- Team player person & willing to explore further to improve knowledge and skills
- Ready to work after office hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Able to work under pressure & minimum supervision
- Strong communication & customer management skills
- Able effectively communicate technical solutions and remedial action plans through oral and written communications
