Act as 1st Level Support & Troubleshooting
Escalate in a timely manner to 2nd & 3rd Level Support for any issue not able to resolve
Ensure all incidents meet the MTTR
Coordinate & supervise partners & team members for troubleshooting & preventive maintenance
Prepare RFO & RCA based on per incident
Onsite troubleshooting if required
Communicate closely with the TAC team and customer to ensure the incident is resolved with MTTR
Qualifications
Years of experience (Min.): 0 \xe2\x80\x93 2 Years
Required language: English & Bahasa Malaysia (Others will be advantages)
Have knowledge of Network Architecture
Have knowledge of networking technologies (WAN, IP Address, Cables, Patch Cord, SFP)
Have knowledge of Network Routing will be advantage
Team player person & willing to explore further to improve knowledge and skills
Ready to work after office hours, weekends, and public holidays
Able to work under pressure & minimum supervision
Strong communication & customer management skills
Able effectively communicate technical solutions and remedial action plans through oral and written communications
