A day in the life in MAGNIFI as a Network Engineering Intern:

Working with a team to set up and maintaining WAN & LAN networks Identify test scenarios and run lab tests Documenting network designs for various scenarios Acting as the next level of escalation when NOC team is not able to resolve issue within Service Level Agreement (SLA). Effective communication with clients, service providers and vendors.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a relevant diploma or degree program such as Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields. Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business. Able to travel to various sites across the country (as and when required) Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge in editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is an added bonus.
