Tanggungjawab

• Analyse cost and profit of region franchise, business level analysis, discuss methods with relevant departments, and report to direct superior
• Gather and report to direct superior regarding on the cost and management fees which incurred on franchisee (deposit, commission etc)
• Monitor and analyze abnormal data, follow up and response to direct superior
• Export data and analyze the data (delivery and pick up volume etc) and submit to direct superior
• Coordinate the monthly business analysis meeting, meeting agenda of franchisees, departments In order to improve the operating level and ability of franchisees
• Responsible on attendance of franchise and volume status, and follow up with HR for the recruitment progress
• Measure and analyse the effectiveness of franchise based on the volume of parcels and report to direct superior
• Assisting superior evaluate franchise venue, vehicles and numbers of staff sufficiency, to provide data and make preparation for peak season
• Responsible for evaluation and review policy, and summarize with opinions and suggestions to ensure the data consistency and report to direct superior
• Receiving "Franchisee management manual", optimize, and implementing and report to direct superior
• Organizing the entire network to conduct research on the policies of franchisees, analyze, compare, report the outcome and give reasonable suggestions or plans and submit to direct superior
• Responsible for ad Hoc work tasks and emergency jobs of direct superio
