Location: Klang, Selangor

s:

• Level 1 and Level 2 support, operating in a 24\xc3\x977 and NOC SOC environment.
• Network administration/operational support, network architecture, and engineering design are all areas of expertise.
• Assist with network troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with suppliers or principals to help customers and address issues within a specified SLA.
• Will be in charge of network security, performance monitoring, networking reporting, data center, and cabling infrastructure updates and support.
• Continuous improvements in supporting procedures, operational standards, and efficiency enhancement are prioritized.
• In charge of incident and issue management.
• A strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and network availability

Job Requirements:

• A candidate with a technical diploma or university degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of expertise in IT networking and cyber security
• Effective writing and vocal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and operate under tight deadlines; practical time management skills.
• A team member with superior analytical abilities and a positive approach at work.

Certifications Required

• Capable of swiftly learning and training others and applying new principles.
• Excellent written communication skills, ability to work independently, and dependability.
• Excellent intellectual and problem-solving abilities, as well as multitasking abilities
• Excellent process management, particularly in process improvement.
